    Returns are made by mail. To start a return or exchange, contact return@virmelia.com before sending your item back. If your return is eligible, we will provide a free, downloadable and printable return shipping label for all eligible returns, along with the return address and instructions. There are no restocking fees.

    Refund Process

    For an eligible return, you can choose between an exchange or a refund, subject to product availability. Once your returned item is received and approved, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 15 days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
